The Dark Mysterious Figure is as yet unknown, but his motives and methods have been felt by the citizens of Point City for quite some time. What is known about him is that he has conducted a variety of biological experiments on a variety of subjects, some willing, some not. He is also the mastermind behind the Analith attack.
